I'm still using my iPhone X with 84% battery capacity. It lacks nothing as I do with it everything I need to do. Maybe, the 16 will be the one....I've been saying this the past 2 years but so disappointed by Apple money grabbing "upgrade".
Yes, there is proof in the supply chain that Apple is reducing bezels for the 16. 0.2 inches larger screen is a really small change, so reducing bezels should account for it. But just for the sake of argument, let’s say that at least half of the 0.2 inches can come from the reduction of bezels and the other half can come from actual size increase. But even then, that’s 0.1 inches of a larger device, it won’t even be perceptible for the consumer. And 0.1 would increase internal space for a battery by what, 2 or maybe 3 percent? I’m saying that the only 2 ways to truly make a difference in battery without sacrificing performance is to either make the phone a bit thicker, or to scale up graphene batteries. Making the iPhone screen bigger and bigger has a limit to it, because people want to be able to hold the device in their hand lol. Going thicker would have comfort limitations too, and we aren’t far off that limit.
One rumor I've heard is unlike the iPhone 15/15 Plus, the iPhone 16/16 Plus will get essentially the A18 SoC but with less CPU and GPU cores. That might open the possibility the iPhone 16/16 Plus could get USB 3.2 2x1 10 gigabits per second data transfer through the USB Type C port. Whether it also gets the Qualcomm Snapdragon X75 radio modem chip is still unknown, though.

Still using my iPhone 12 Pro Max the screen dimming issues so annoying and I see that in the “Accessibility > Display & Text Size > Reduce White Point” just goes crazy on me toggling on and off all by itself. It’s horrendous!!! Also the lightning port gave out too. So any news of the IPhone 16 is greatly welcomed because the 13 wasn’t good just a minor upgrade..the 14 was okay…the current 15 wasn’t convincing but now that my charge port gave out and my battery health shows replace battery soon and just using my MagSafe puck to survive with the 12 like I can’t wait to recycle this 12 asap.
the haptic button is only there to give you more comfort holding your phone in landscape while shooting, because they need people to shoot more horizontal footage to make use of the Apple Vision Pro. But people dont stop shooting vertical with a vertical screen. apple needs to implement a squre multi aspect ratio sensor to capture horizontal footage while holding vertical with the camera being side-by-side like on the pixel, unlike on the iPhone 16 to capture 3D footage

I have a 13 pro and it’s been the best phone I’ve ever had. I wish I had better battery life the max model had but they were just so heavy. I’m testing a iPhone 15 pro max now. The titanium makes it much more manageable but it’s still such a large phone to put in your pocket. I think 6.1” is the sweet spot and I’m concerned with hearing the phones increasing in size so I may upgrade my 13 pro to a 15 pro… or just replacing the 13 pros battery as I’m hearing there’s issues with the entire 15 line up.
I miss the 6.5 inch screen and rounded corners of the 11 pro max I had. I hate the feel and size of my 14 pro max. I’d love to downsize to a 6.3 inch screen honestly
the action button is a pure gimmick.i really miss the mute slider. it was way more useful. by just a peek or feeling it with thumb i would know whether it's in silent or ring mode. now i have to either light up the screen or press the action button again

I want the iPhone to use 55 watts (11 volt 5 amp) PPS PD power for charging. It’d allow the iPhone to reduce the charge time to 1 hour 5 minutes, and 50 percent in 15 mins instead of 30 minutes.

It's actually crazy but i bought the iPhone 15 Pro just a month ago. I didn't have much choice since my iPhone X battery was pretty much done. I would've wait until the iPhone 16 Pro if i could otherwise! 😛But i'm happy, i finally have ProMotion, I have MUCH better camera's on the front as well as on the back. So i'm not complaining. I'm happy with the redesign as well to be honest. I rather have the Dynamic Island instead of the notch. Even though i know these are steps towards having only a screen (camera under the screen.) But the are not going to do this in one step. They are going to do this in multiple years. Anyway, i remember that i was tired of the iPhone 6 design when the iPhone X came out and when i got my iPhone X i was so happy! I've had my iPhone X for 6yrs. which isn't bad at all for a smartphone! I also have the newest iOS which makes it really feel like a completely new phone. honestly if they make polished titanium finish that's a deal breaker for me. I think the 15's titanium finish is the BEST finish ever on an iPhone because of how rugged it is. Putting a polish on it just throws us back into the dark ages of grimy looking iPhones and forced to put a case on it again.
The average consumer can care less about chips. I want a new calendar app with more features. Better low light pictures and of course better battery life. The 15 pro models battery was absolute garbage. Oh and at least 90 hz for the regular line up.
Definitely need more power. When I opened the RUclips app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max just now, it took about the blink of an eye to open up. Not acceptable in 2024. Then, in another blink of an eye, I was watching a 4K 60fps HDR video only in 4K resolution at almost 2000 nits. My eyes weren’t even completely burning … it’s really time for Apple to step it up. This is getting ridiculous.

Always Android and got introduced to Apple to the 6S when the 7 launched (wish I got the plus model back then). No idea why I didn’t try a 7 outside carrier deals but I sat on that and nothing apple did interested me… so I left and went with the Note 9… loved it but got tired of androids fractured eco system, finally Apply came out with the 11 Pros… beautiful phones and the 13 pro basically perfected things. The XS lineup, 12, 14 just seem to be awkward eras with growing pains so I thought the 15 would kind of be that “S” generation but this one seems to be plague with the most random and weird issues. I’m tempted to upgrade my 13 pro to an Apple recertified 13 Pro Max. If the 13s had type c, I wouldn’t even remotely consider upgrading.

Definitely need more power. When I opened the RUclips app on my iPhone 15 Pro Max just now, it took about the blink of an eye to open up. Not acceptable in 2024. Then, in another blink of an eye, I was watching a 4K 60fps HDR video only in 4K resolution at almost 2000 nits. My eyes weren’t even completely burning … it’s really time for Apple to step it up. This is getting ridiculous.
I really don't care about speed and cameras anymore. Cameras are already good enough, though not as good as Chinese brands right now. But I don't care! I want a new design! "innovative design!" And please, just come with better thermal already, Apple! Man, if Nothing used iOS, I'd switch ASAP! :(

Can the pro & pro max have the same camera already? So annoying that the plus always gets the better stuff first. The 11, 13 and 14 had identical cameras for both sizes. Apple should've kept going with this

100% Agree! I kept, and am still using, my 13 Pro max as there was absolutely nothing worth upgrading for.
@@RiccardoPelc Yeah, I’m actually using a 14 Pro after trading in my previous 13 Pro had calling and battery issues, but regret the decision because the 13 Pro was miles better for me. I’m skipping the 15 series and gonna upgrade to the 16PM or 17PM.
Always Android and got introduced to Apple to the 6S when the 7 launched (wish I got the plus model back then). No idea why I didn’t try a 7 outside carrier deals but I sat on that and nothing apple did interested me… so I left and went with the Note 9… loved it but got tired of androids fractured eco system, finally Apply came out with the 11 Pros… beautiful phones and the 13 pro basically perfected things. The XS lineup, 12, 14 just seem to be awkward eras with growing pains so I thought the 15 would kind of be that “S” generation but this one seems to be plague with the most random and weird issues. I’m tempted to upgrade my 13 pro to an Apple recertified 13 Pro Max. If the 13s had type c, I wouldn’t even remotely consider upgrading.
