Great video, all facts! I wish I could’ve seen this before beginning work at a CRO. Long hours, but you learn tons

I have worked diligently my entire career. Now, at 45 years old, I joined a CRO. It is definitely a fast-paced environment. But, so long as you are well-organized, can lead teams, and can manage multiple Clinical Studies, you'll be just fine.

Haha, this video is spot on with my experience at a CRO. CROs are great for learning and building a solid clinical research foundation, but the work can be incredibly tedious. It helps to have line managers who advocate for your mental health/work load. You also have to advocate for yourself. Organization and prioritization are essential. Great video, new sub!

Very informative as always! Can you do a video on RIMS and a current demand in the industry? It is hard to get any first hand information from Google

Excellent video! I am not too impressed with some the bigger CROs because they don't always seem to care. Smaller CROs can be wonderful. As a first or second job, CRO experience is great, very broad outlook on the different disciplines in pharmaceutical research. I'm too arrogant, I always thought my opinion needed to matter, so authority experience was great!

I am currently doing my internship with a CRO here in India. This is my first job within the industry. You are absolutely right about the learning and work load thing. Many of times, I had two minds about my current position. This video has made me realise that its not gonna be pointless and it'll help me in building my career. Thank you so much 🙂🙂.Wonderful video.

Is it hard to go from CRA to regulatory affairs? And vice versa going from Regulatory to CRA?

@@kyabdul thats a relief lol. For getting into epidemiology or biostatistics would you suggest further learning a computing language for dealing with data sets like R, SQL or Python, or is this not necessary?
