Where & how am I supposed to hid & connect the tape strings ?

I use and like it, but you can't put foundation on it, to hide the tape

When using special effects glue where would you glue it down?

You can glue it on the tape or on the face, just make sure you let it dry down clear before applying! Either way will work x
