I really liked Trump's policies, but his tendency to always double down on lies and dictator-like power grabs worried me - I think the failed impeachments, which the first was dumb, kind of ruined a chance of re-election as it could have lead to more unrestrained power grabs. Current administration seems to be doing the same thing just less brashly so, I really don't know where we go from here. At one point I was worried Trump had little respect for the Constitution, but it seems this administration has even less respect for it. I am now a Libertarian with no home. I wonder if Trump would have won if it weren't for COVID, which I actually thought he did a good job with and didn't go removing our rights and freedoms.

I think the left's biggest weapon is the mainstream media. We could see how Trump's tweets were deleted or his profile shut down for "hate speech" when I could see real hate on instagram on a daily basis if I wanted to. This is what these tech companies do in Europe, too. Meddling in elections or discrediting politicians with lies that are easily proven wrong.
The left tries to tear down the right-wing parties by saying that anyone would be better than them (eventhough they show no results in their actions that would prove that they would be better) and they promise before elections that they would throw every piece of legislation or improvement the right-wing politicians accomplished during governing (eventhough they can't tell how they would make everything better after demolishing a whole system built before).
