Being able to reprogram the cpu is such a huge advancement when compared to tuning in the 1960-1980s, and the ability to control so many parameters has an awesome impact on power being made
Would removing the stage 2 aero make any real difference? I can't remember at what speed it does more harm than good when it comes to drag/top speed runs. P.S. That thing sounds amazing!
So does the Magnuson 2650 throw the 'HOT' Roots Blower worries out the window ? I often see guys using these, when I would expect to see a Whipple screw or a KB screw blower. Are Screws not supposed to be cooler running and more efficient ? ie. new Whipple 3.0L (front entry) vs Mag 2650 ? Or does Magnuson simply offer a better packaged solution ?
@Late Model Racecraft can you do remote tune for that trans feature I have a LME 1200whp+ c7zo6 as well with built trans and diff and axles and driveshaft
@@Bmackins94 they've made 440-454 "LS" engines Please enlighten as to why 427 is the be all and all When ZF introduced the 8sp trans, Mercedes arrogantly declared, "there's no reason for more than seven."
*Late Model Racecraft* Bravo well done, thank-you sir for taking the time to bring us along. GOD Bless.
Love every video you guys put out, this is no exception!! Sweet car, congrats to him and you guys for building such a machine!!

A traffic cops dream car.
Great content 👌. What size stall converter did you up grade to and what brand
How come you prefer the Magnuson blower over a centrifugal like pro charger ? Even on a prepped track your fighting traction from the instant torque .
Sorry if I missed it, but is that the original engine? Or is a full replacement? Stellar car regardless.
Is the car direct and port injection?
Did Stephen use hairspray enhancement?

Why do you slam it into neutral at the end of the track?
Was the car in manual mode? How was it shifting without using the paddles?
Yes sir, it’s how we tune them.
@@LateModelRacecraftwhat the cost? With converter and axles? Also how far out are you I'll need to transport it in

How do you get them to let you run 8.9’s in a convertible with no roll bar??
it was a convertible? :)
I'm guessing this is a 6.6 L8T block, what kind of displacement do you think you could get out of the L8T?
427 there's no reason to go any bigger

@Eric Chart the l8t is going to be maxed out around 1800 rwhp you really aren't gaining anything if you go bigger you
You guys got to start buying that guy a salad or two maybe 3
How does a 6.6 L (383-388)add up to a 427 cubic inch 7.0L ?
Well 6.4 is a 392 so....
Different bore and stroke. Just like a 6.2 can be a 416.
@@tjarion A6.2 can be turned into A 416 but it's no longer A 6.2 then
Demon who?????
what converter will you be using? Or is it a secret? ha ha
Can these engines last to 200k like this ? Or they toast after 20k miles
7.0 is 427 cubic inches.
And they got to 427 cubic inches, by starting with the new GM 6.6 BLOCK
LISTENING COMPREHENSION IS YOUR FRIEND
Hi, nice video, curious what he means by loose converter? Does that mean it’s slipping. Thanks for all the great info.
I dont like the idea of an iron block. Car is already heavy enough. There are aluminum options that can handle that power level.
Man, it REALLY sucks to have money. You know, with the balls to make it , take risks. Hate it.
Can you donate a car to me ? I have a Honda civic . Thank you ❤
