They really cooked with the painting of the Buddha, that shit was unsettling. Takauji really is quite the unique villain, stay tuned for more of his weirdness,
This episode on the surface seems basic and just kind of the usual comedy and whatnot. But in hindsight this may be one of the most important in terms of plot since episode 1. Simply because it confirms the holy powers are real, and that gods exist. But it confirms it by saying after this generation they begin to fade. So it effectively explains why they exist but nowadays do not. Very interesting.
This episode is so funny I can't stop laughing.🤣 Yorishige was so funny
the buddha painting was unsettling as hell

Fubuki desperately running with a serious face because he smells *F O O D* is one of the funniest scenes of the year
Actually killed me XD
Shizuku dancing was so beautifully animated. Love it!
Just to think that Shizuku can see them all the time. She is a mystery.
Takayuki learns buddha style. Takauji only sees Buddha as prey. Holy hell, this show is getting crazier by episode.
Even the downtime episodes in this show are amazing
Out of curiosity, are you watching Sengoku Youko?

Shizuku is very, very important, but her story won't be explored untill muuuuuch further in the future (i'm talking like season 5 or 6)
