i found the solution in fl:
Assign a port number to the MIDI controller ( FL-Studio >> Options >> MIDI >> Input ).
Assign the same port to MIDI in the wrapper, "top-left > plug with gear icon " ( Plugin Wrapper Settings >> MIDI ).
