@@rickyboiiiii What I mean is it benefits us, at the cost of a couple views for the content creator. So why are people complaining when it doesn't hurt them? We get free clips rather than sifting through Twitch streams we wouldn't even originally watch ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

That Lars looked pretty strong for a Seiryu; I mean he was able to break any kind of grab and keep up with Jdcr mix up
:what i found funny was that the only shining wizard that made it through was the super obvious one at 9:30. he was already hitting a button, but still. seeing that one get through while he broke every instant SW was a little funny.
Come on, you can't compare a western seiryu to an asian seiryu. If you are 20th dan in west, in east you only have about 10th-12th dan level.

Amazing Lars player for his rank. JDCR wasn't playing out of his mind, of course, still insane reactions and decision though, but the fact this Lars could keep on and even do some cheeky uf3's lmao good highlights waiting for more, keep it up!
This is an asian Seiryu and it's possibly about tekken god level in west.

JDCR might have some of the strongest fundamentals of any current tekken player.
What are your thoughts on qudans,knee and arsalan ?
Faris Hassan I’d say they’re all amazing but JDCR plays the most straight forward out of all of them. Arsalan has very good mechanics too but he seems to mix up how he plays to catch opponents off guard. JDCR’s playstyle accommodates his characters (dragunov and armor king) and he uses their best tools efficiently and appropriately but rarely does anything unsafe or out of character.
Just saw the tutorial videos prior to this. Gotta say I appreciate how JDCR put a lot of thought in constructing the sentences and the words in his captions. Followed. Hope you get more fans to subscribe to your channel!

Just goes to show that even high-orange players have pretty big weaknesses. It's funny, as I've been climbing ranks, every time I get to a new tier I'm like, "Shit, the players here are going to be way tougher than before. I can't afford to make any mistakes." But then you start playing them and you realize they aren't *that* much stronger than the rest. The skill curve in Tekken is super wide, and I think just about anybody can at least into the orange ranks with a little practice.

Legit Haiku I don’t think he forces himself im sure if he wanted to just win, he would go back to playing a character he doesn’t like very much but is good like drag in season 1, I did wish we got to see more of his season 2 Hei than just the near end of the tour
@@iceslayer12 I know that he doesn't force himself but evo japan he didn't switch not once so maybe he's gonna stick with ak from now on
AK is his favourite character. Also when you want to improve with a specific character, people will stick to that even when they lose & the temptation is there to switch to an easier character.
JDCR probably wants to get as much tournament experience with AK to get used to playing him at the highest level again
Not to mention he beat Knee's Devil Jin and Steve at Evo Japan so it's not like he is weaker with AK or putting himself at a disadvantage by using him.
If he wants to play AK and win a tourney with him then I'm all for it because it's more fun seeing him play with a character he loves.

Man I wish armor king had better tools like king does. It feels so hard to initiate. You have to work so much harder to get good damage.
I feel he lacks something and I still can’t find it
@@mshklh2099 in my opinion he needs more ways to get in. I find myself being pushed out of range a lot and no way to get back in a favorable position. You have to really fight to stay in range. Not to mention his rage drive isn't that great. If he had a rage drive that went mid instead of high that would be a great buff. But I'm not high rank so maybe I'm totally wrong.

hey guys, an ignorant here, what's that string that he's using to finish after the screw, and can someone explain why it's better than the grab finish (i do understand the part where it can wallsplat, but what if there's no wall?)
which one? the f+2,1 ? it's good because you can carry your enemy to wall and then continue with wall combo which has higher damage than the grab finish.
as long as it positions the enemy closer to the wall and allows you to wavedash in with a throw mixup or whatever else, sometimes its better to go for that rather than extra damage but 0 oki.

I think he still uses the Etokki Omni, which has a Taeyoung Fanta lever.
I could be wrong of course, but he definitely did use an Etokki Omni for a long time.

I'm having trouble using AK in matches. Its quite difficult to start pressure in the neutral since he doesn't have an easy way of getting in nor much plus frame moves........any tips or can u make a vid on how to approach in the neutral or initiate pressure. Please more AK content as well for us AK mains as there aren't many sources out here
Ak needs some buff (like more plus frame moves or more grab option) so that we can see JDCR rise to the top again. JDCR fighting.
