LAPS does not support multiple local admin accounts. As per Microsoft, if you have multiple admin accounts then disable other admin accounts and use one with LAPS.
im running server 2022 standard. automatic updates are up to date. LAPS module is not loaded. the standalone update says its not applicable for my machine. any troubleshooting suggestions? (ive verified my version 21h2)

Looks like you need to import admx templates. Do the needful if you are using Group Policy Central Store.
