I adore that Malta finally sends something written with no Swedish Eurovision writers for hire involved, and would you look at that, it sounds authentic, fun and I need it in the final. But being in SF1... may be tough.
also, another reason why I love this song it's basically an introverted dance banger. Verse 1 he is uncomfortable at a party with people he doesn't know/like (hence the cut out of Destiny, Ira Losco, and guy who was the first Maltese representative cbf googling him) but when he finds his friends, the bandmembers, and they make Dav (the singer) more comfortable and he shows his relaxed and loose dance moves
It’s basically 3 acts (hence the 3 signs). 1) They go to the party but are not enjoying themselves 2) They decide to drive home and put on some music 3) dancing at home with fiends. Supposedly it was inspired by the pandemic and how getting back out there was a little hard for many of us. If being out makes you anxious - or I guess if you discovered that you’re actually an introvert during the pandemic - you can still dance with friends at home. It’s all very wholesome and with a nod to anxiety.
It's one of Malta's "riskest" entries, I'm glad they are doing that seems super authentic to the artist. Not trying to force a song on the artist. I adore it it's my number 2 behind Slovenia. Ironically enough Moldova had Sunstroke Project in their selection (and didn't pick them) so this can stand out. God I hope this qualifies from the harder semi final
This is one saxy review 🎷. As a big Sunstroke Project fan myself, I'll just say: "What Tyler said." This entry is a lot of fun. A glitter sweater under a sweater; cheesy and I love it!
I frigging love what Malta's bringing this year and it'll be a tragedy if The Busker doesn't get to the final. This song is funky, groovy, and brings lots of fun vibes. Third place for me, and it's time for the final to have another sax guy after Latvia got robbed last year. Also, LOL on your Latvia/Malta goof... Shades of the, "Up next is Holland... Poland! This is Poland!" gaffe from last year.
Haha, i think I need to gif Tyler’s declaration of bari sax’s sexiness. I’m married to a professional bari player. If you like bari check our Jason Ward -The Ultimate!
I like that Malta went for something original. However, it is actually little more than a set of ideas that become a likeable, but forgettable novelty entry.
Can i say this: I didnt like you at first when you were so harsh about Cornelias accent last year from Sweden. She sings like that. I hope you dont say the same about Loreen. Dont forget we arent native english speaking people

Malta are now my No1
Malta are in my Top 5
There's a lot of good songs this year, and a lot of variety.
I kind of like this, the sax section especially - and I love his little dance. I hope this qualifies!
Alika does the arm movement when she sings the part 'world of bridges' so it actually makes sense because the world is a ball shape.

Incredibly catchy

I am hoping this can find a way to qualify on SF 1

I managed to get tickets today - but just to the Jury final on the Friday .. but who cares !!!
@MyrtleP Rebekah.. you and the gang need to check out Sultans of Ping - Where's Me Jumper, for another sweater song. You can thank me later. 😉😁
As someone who binged Moone Boy back in the day, don't worry. I already adore it. 😂
@@MyrtleP .. I love you guys even more now. 😸

Not something I'd voluntarily listen to
