I really wanted Malta in the final. They are so underrated. ❤
They really are. :( It's obvious they worked really hard on this, but for whatever reason it didn't resonate. I wish someone would tell me what that reason was.

@@jondonnelly4831 As a person who didn't like it, I can tell you. The way he pronounces words is really off-putting and awkward, the performance looks pretty childish and amateurish, unlike Croatia who were also very colorful, but with a message and an interesting arrangement. This wasn't interesting at all. Even the sax sounded lame. It was just so repetitive and altogether uninteresting.
@@stipe9k I actually appreciate this comment though I do not agree at all. That's taste for you - two people can hear the same song and see the same performance and feel completely different. Like, I find the sax to be addicting and I don't have a problem with the way he pronounces words and I adored the staging. Now, Croatia on the other hand I did not like one bit. So, to each their own. But, I've been sitting here for over 24 hours wondering why the heck Europe didn't see what I did, so at least I have some clarity now.
@@stipe9k I disagree with the pronunciation, it's more that it's not very varied of vocals. I agree with the rest though. it's not infectious enough to gather a crowd and the performance itself is very closed and amateurish. the tune is repetitive and doesn't go anywhere, the sax doesn't change. the ending is abrupt. it's generally underwhelming

I swear the only reason you guys didn't qualify was the running order. This song was fucking amazing on stage! The NQ was undeserved, and same for Latvia, I will always revisit this entry because the performance somehow exceeded my expectations!

Education in Malta sucks due to the fact that Malta is so small that there isn't enough work for graduated students. So the ministry of education had the genial idea to harden every exam. This turned out to be very effective, since suicide rate increased and mortuaries had to employ more workers.

Clubs in Malta suck. Such that teens say they have fun listening the songs of some amateur DJ during the weekend. They just stand there doing nothing except nod with their head with the beat of the music....DUM DUM DUM, ZRINZ ZRINZ ZRINZ etc.

Once in Malta you will regularly meet a new strange human species, the "sendikajr" they call it. These are just extreme nosy parkers whose only job is to know what are the neighbours doing. The most social area in Malta is the "super"market, where they sell food..sort of.... Here the "sendikajr" shares the news aquired during the previous day, such as how much times did Mary go to the toilet, when did she shower, when she slept with Ganni the butcher etc etc. Also, here news get amazingly modified to suit the sendikajr's pleasures.
It was so unfair to leave this great song out of the finals. We will dance with it no matter what 🎉

Malta is full of Highly uncultured, well uneducated, boring and entertaining to old tourists, Malta bears the honor of never loosing a battle, maybe a proof of the citizens' stubborness.
The results doesn't matter, I do wanna dance! Their joy on the stage makes us feel the same way, it's impossible not to dance and be happy with the song. These charismatic guys can proudly go home knowing they made one of the best Maltese entries ever. Love all the way from Brazil 🇧🇷❤🇲🇹
Malta's radio sucks because they play music that came out over 6 years ago and through the song all the Radio DJ does is yabber on about everything and you cant even hear the song... if your going to talk all the time call it a friggin talk show.

Public Transport is the worst i have ever met. Remember the old Leyland buses? They still use them in Malta. Then there is the only ship company to travel between Malta and Gozo.

I felt sorry and my heart ached for Malte during JESC2022. Gaia was extremely incredible, one of the best performers and ended up last. BUT HOW???? WHY???? Today I feel sorry again & again for THE BUSKER. They rocked the stage and still did not make it to the final. Malte deserves much much better! BUT! BUT! It's a small island with no voice at all.
