Push both butttons on the side, the quest 3 will move forward or backward. If you want, you can put a lens on the quest so you don't have to wear glasses
Wish I could buy the quest 3 too but we are struggling with money we used all up voor vakantion tickets and back so have to wait like a long time about 1.6 years
it'd certainly help close any VR tour proposal, i'm on board for this tool, as my old Oculus Go isn't supported any longer by Kuula & is now an old tech device.

I have myopia, wear quest 3 with my glasses on ,it gives me headaches
You do not need to use glasses on visors
