  • Welcome to Itadakimasu Recipe! My iron kettle has developed rust again. Although I still use it to boil water without experiencing any metallic smell or discoloration, the appearance of rust bothers me. In my quest to address this issue, I try a method using tea to transform the red rust into black rust! Join me as I demonstrate how to effectively remove rust from an iron kettle. Don't miss out on this informative video tutorial!
I found an interesting article on the website of the company that produces iron kettles. It's titled 'Staff Favorites: Iron Kettles Revealed - Surprising Varieties That Actually Work!' This article caught my attention, and I thought it would be worth sharing with you.

How wonderful to have a new video from you 😊
It looks like your husband may have put your cast iron skillet in the dishwasher. I don’t know if it can be seasoned back to life ? Is there a way to fix lacquer wear? Thanks again! 💕💕

Hello! Thanks so much for always watching my videos ☺️
Just wanted to mention something about rust on a cast iron kettle - it usually happens when you leave water in it for too long. My husband tends to forget to dry it properly from time to time 😂
Anyway, I'm planning to try restoring a lacquerware piece soon. Thanks for your comment! 🥰

I think you just need to re-season your iron skillet.
