Does not count, bro is using a whole army as a summon, (just kidding, i know that the army does nothing, i've played dynasty warriors advance from 2005)
They usually dont on higher difficulty, but morale can greatly affect your allies strength when performing well. You also have your own troop that you can send to your allies and help them survive longer.
@@footballfan5048 Depends on the Morale. Your allies can do stuff on their own if the odds aren't too much against you. I managed to setup a three pronged attack in the final battle on the demo and morale skyrocketed to "Dominating" which is what happens when the morale bar is fully blue. Enemy attacks are slower, your troops are more aggressive, and the number of allied troops that directly follow you and your commands also increases. I managed to get mine to 41. I was feeling pretty proud of myself before Lu Bu wrecked the entire army lmao.
You're still the best! No one plays quite like you. I've written this game off though. It sucks. It's a huge mess. UI is terrible, Everyone looks the same, bad conveyance, pacing is horrible-way too rushed, combat is clunky and too handholdy. There is a decent core buried underneath tons of crap. It's a pass. Or HUGE sale at the absolute least. I admire them trying to make each weapon style unique though.
@@LasttoLoad the pacing/speed of things happening was also insane. so many pop ups, so many different people talking. I played on normal to start and my commander died in under 5 minutes of gametime and I had less than 1 minute warning he was in trouble. I've played these games since DW3 and I never had a commander in trouble even on hardest modes (except for when I was a kid literally learning the game for the first time) Hard mode is fine where you have to book it from officer to officer to save your allies, but there should be some leeway for exploration and stuff on normal mode.
This is not a DW game, this is a elden ring game in a DW template. The good things here is the global map , the cool graphics and a wanderer story that gives kinda sandbox feeling, but not at all since you can't even customize it. The fights itself are just trash, 12351 combos, 1245124 hours to kill oficers, messy, too much going on at the same time and stressful game, not peaceful, joyfull and fun. If I wanted to stress I would play a ranked games like CS or League of Legends. DW 3/4 is still the top of the series by far unfortunately. But not worse than DW9 tho, congratz, lol
did you even play the demo? The game attempts to combine the comfy brainless button mashing of defeating hundred and thousands of mobs but then changing it up by making the generals actually fun and engaging to fight, with the return of DW4 duel feature. Battlefield rewind can be used to forge unique scenarios to unlock special stages and the equippable combat skills can be used to complete a weapon attack roster for niche weapon types (like enabling longrange attacks on claw weapons, or a heavy hitting smash for spears, or a counter-evasion move for extra defensive)
Very clean. Dynasty Warriors is back and better than ever! Can't wait for release.
Now breaking the game through every weapon just to showcase the moveset! Excellent as always.
2 more to go!
Finally, Commander battles become something like duel, and not just simple button mashing
Imagine Warriors Orochi remake with this type of boss. That'll be day one for me
we found the protagonist
Nice stylish combo and on a super boss no less.
Now this is how you make a fun game.
epic anime battle
lo siento no pude vencerlo, vine a ver un gameplay para sentir que lo logre
We got Wo Long 2 before GTA VI 😮

I wonder if you can care to create.
what do you mean?
@LasttoLoad does it have character creation ?
@@gunnergamer5764 no it does not
The full game will have character creation
@@TobiStarGaming no it doesn't
Just no multiplayer hurts me
I think that multiplayer with such type of combat is quite challenging to implement at the moment

@@LasttoLoad Can you send allies to win a post (actually winning it by themselves)?
@@footballfan5048 if your morale is high enough, your troop can help them win. if not high, they will mostly survive longer.

Yea the HUD can be quite excessive with alot of details going on which is why i usually go with less (immersive) UI onscreen.
