Ingredients:
Pearls:
625g Tapioca Starch, 50g Cocoa Powder
300g Dark Brown Sugar, 350ml Water, 25g Starch
Boil for 5 hrs and off heat steam for 2 hrs
Final - 300ml water, 180g Sugar
Milk Foam:
150g Cream Cheese, 2 cup Sugar, 3tsp salt, 1.5 cup heavy cream
Milktea:
48oz Oolong, 1.5 gallon Milk, 16oz simple syrup

The reason why we call them Boba is just because there are two different sizes of the tapioca ball.
The smaller one is "pearl" while the bigger one is "boba" (big boobs).
And as the time being, Boba became way more common than Pearl.

Math tip: If you have to multiply or divide something by 5, instead multiply/divide it by 10 first and then by 2. 125g * 10 = 1250/2 = 625 Much easier to do it that way mentally.
TBH I'm surprised more people don't have the multiples of 125 memorized, 0.125 is 1/8. 0.625 is 5/8, so 625 is 5*125. Maybe that's just a machinist/carpenter thing, I know some people who even have the multiples of 0.03125 (1/32) memorized.

Multiplying by 5 when the number ends on 25 always give X25. Where X is the number *5+1. In your case 1*5+1=6. There is a similar trick for multiplying the same number if they are with 2 digits and ending with 5. If we have 35*35 it will be 3*(3+1)=12 and adding 25 = 1225.
