Anyone else remember when fin was a squeaker and he did mine time. I've been a long time viewer and I pretty much grew up with fin. Thxs for the awesome vids you make 😄
Another amazing vlog!!! I really like the shot of you standing by the train! :) Also I just found out about Jon Olsson from you. His vlogs are pretty good but I have to say your's are the best! :)
After checking SocialBlade to look at your stats, I can't believe you could be losing more subscribers than you gain. Your content is so amazing and you should be gaining millions of subscribers a day in my opinion. Your personality is stellar and your vlogs couldn't get better, with the amazing editing, awesome compilations, and beautiful travel destinations! Keep up the great work and never stop doing what you're doing!
This is actually pretty insightful, I have no idea what I'm doing! I'm just doing what I enjoy most, what would you suggest? I stop Vlogging? (that would suck because I love vlogging) make a 3rd channel for Vlogs? (that would suck there is no way I could keep consistent on 3 channels I can't even do 2) Like bro I have no flipping idea what im doing, you obviously know all the keys to success lay it on me!
I think you should just keep doing what you're doing and you will make it one day. You're vlogs are just so amazing, there is no doubt you'll make it soon. I think you should rebrand the current FinsGames channel as just "Fin". Although it may spark some fans to unsubscribe, it will keep your current fans still subscribed, but allow yourself to make whatever content you want. I think there may also be a misconception for people first tuning into the channel that it is not a gaming channel and they won't see many more vlogs. I think you should also be a bit more consistent, maybe 2 videos+ a week if you can to get on more people's recommended videos more often. Those are my suggestions, thanks so much for all your amazing content over the years, Fin!
It's a tough position to be in. I'm no expert of course, but I feel like perhaps one of the things holding you back most is a lack of consistency. You post what you want when you want, and I think a large part of the appeal of your content comes from the fact that you clearly enjoy what you're doing with it, and you wouldn't want to lose that. I think it's going to come to you figuring out what you value most from doing youtube. What if growing your audience means taking on stronger commitments and maybe not always getting to do what you want to do, or feeling obligated to do things when you don't want to? Is that worth it to you? As far as the comments about opening up and your professional "wall", I think that just comes down to your production value. Your vlogs are fantastic and you have really honed your talents there, and it's pretty impressive how quickly you turn around such well-produced content from spontaneous activity. But you really don't do videos where you're just in front of a camera talking about something unscripted. Even if it's a product review or some other topic, there's always set-up shots or B-roll content taking away from that low-key just talking to the audience vibe. I don't know if that's what your channel needs, but I do think it's something your viewers would appreciate. You live a pretty amazing life but not all of your videos have to be documenting something amazing. Your own personality can be a draw on its own. I'd love to see you blow up big, mostly because you're an inspiring person and I think it would be great for more people to be exposed to that. But, I just enjoy seeing you happy and productive, and if diminishing the latter is the cost of the former, I personally wouldn't feel it was worth it. Here's hoping you can find a way to achieve both :)
Those cities are so beautiful! Do you normally sleep a lot with all those flights? Lol, I've never been on a plane but it seems cool (( traveling to Costa Rica in November tho!))
