Sir I am struggling from stress anxiety for past 1 months because of covid affected and still without sleeping pills I cannot sleep in night. And not even in afternoon when I am on leave I can't sleep because of heavy headache in my mind and all types of thoughts comings so I can't sleep...please guide me...Thanks

Ye bahut hi powderfull meditation hai. Lekin last me waapis aane wala part bahut kam hai. Jab jaane ke liye 12:30 min. Lage to waapis aane me kam se kam 3 se 4 min. to dena chahiye tha. Last me mujhe laga ki me wapis hi nahi aapaunga.

Peeyush sir and his guided meditation properly but don't lose patience and you should use subconscious mind programming technique just before prior to sleep visualize in your mind that you are becoming completely relaxed happy and positive as you were before everything is fine to you use power of self love visualize that you love, accept, appreciate, respect yourself and you are the happiest person in the world do this all daily I am definitely sure you will have a decent result soon.
Ji bilkul over stress ki vajah se body me pain hote. Mujhe bhi hua tha chronic non bacterial prostatitis chronic pelvic pain syndrome.. Mon sant kiya khud ko bilkul saat chochne laga main bilkul pain free ho geya agar aapko chronic kai bhi pain ho isse tms bolte hai . Sir ka video bhi aapko support karega
