Hi, I am from Yemen, I have a lot of experience in the process of protective paints, epoxy coatings used in the maintenance of giant ships, oil and iron tanks to prevent corrosion from rust and erosion factors. Is there a job?
I wanna know, when they clean, protect and paint the ships hull during dry docking, what about the part that the ship is sitting on? How do you do that section?
Hello once again u grace us with lovely ,educative and informative content. Thanx soo much and i personally admire yr tireless efforts u put in create such wonderful content.✌
I saw the DDG 77 the USS O'Kane go down the ways at Bath Ironworks in Bath, Maine. If I'm not mistaken, that was one of the last regular launches at Bath iron Works. I think that now they do almost everything sideways. There's nothing like watching the ship recede into the distance and go down the ways. Nice Video!
Not too bad, but, it seems like it was produced by first stringing together a whole bunch of stock footage, and then showing to someone who knew a little about ship building and maintenance, having them write the dialog about what they thought they were watching.
I haven't watched that many of your videos but I plan on it. I'm subbed, and leaving thumbs up, and a tap on the bell. I look forward to seeing more. Thank you for sharing.
Its interesting subjects - but you treat them not good. Narration a bit to the kinder-garten site and because you only have 10 or so minutes on every item there is way to much fast-filming and jumping between the areas portrait'ed

It’s a good documentary.
Excellent. Quite educational. Thank You
I found the same, Mr. Tucker, these videos of heavy industries can be very educational, I especially enjoyed the railways and how they are maintained.

The irritating American accent is terrible.
And what accent would you prefer?
Very goog documentary.
Thank you for sharing..

anti corrosion before the anti fouling paint.
Hey ! Thanks for another great video!!
Nice vid!
The lady was explaining maintenance process but othr than paint removal said nothing, instead started with building process. Bad documantary.
Remember this is RUclips where the comments become more interesting than the Documentary
It’s a very good documentary.
Okay professor
Very nice job.😎
What about the sections of the hull that are sitting on the blocks?
next time the blocks are not in the same place so they can paint the area that was not painted last time it was in a dry dock :)
@@aeprire1130 🤔 reaaally? Ok that's cool, if that's true then thanks, if you just made it up well thanks for that too 😅
@@ats-3693 idk if its true for all ships but i got it from a officer that works on maersk container ships, he uploads videos of the ships to tik tok
The individual blocks are easy to remove. They are removed one by one and painted.
Hypnotisch 🤣🤣🤪
😃👍

¿Quién habrá sido el ''superdotado'' que escribió el título...?
why dont just let it go from the rear ?? as they did for the titanic and bismarck??
I painted the bottom of my gheenoe once
Drydocks are not canals. Ships do not weigh hundreds of thousands of tons. The largest weigh between 100,000 and 200,000 tons.
Totally agree Had to turn of 1/2 way thru this woke garbage, the writer has no knowledge of the marine industry and ship building AT ALL! pure drivel!
👏🏻🤙👋👍👍
Like.
2011 only? Smell fishy

Enough with videos made with information from Wikipedia and videos from Stockphoto or whatever.
You guys are always changing from the subject matter in the middle of your video. Very annoying and unprofessional.
