I have just bought a set of these alarms for my daughter who is new to Carp fishing and they are BRILLIANT 👍 They are a quality product and are so easy to use and they also look great. They do everything you want or actually need from a bite alarm and the receiver is light weight and does it's job. I agree with one of the other comments that if they had included a night light they would have been perfect!! But hey at this price I guess you cant have everything 🤔 I highly recommend these alarms and the even better news is you can now buy a brand new set of 3 alarms and receiver from many tackle suppliers for around £185.00 Happy days

Would these be better than the new micron mx as they are abit cheaper and seem to have a few extra features.i currently have the previous mr which dont have any of these features and was looking to upgrade.

@@robertdomzalski7342 fox dont know their own range....? I quote:
MYSELF---What is the range between the alarm and the receiver?
FOX---Thank you for your question. Microns are always difficult to determine since this is entirely subject to the circumstances.
When around lots of shrubs, trees, etc this can drastically diminish the range. Also if there are power lines nearby or even the weather can have an effect.
We’re very for the vague answer but because of all the exceptions it’s hard to make solid promises.
MYSELF---The fox rx+ has a certified range in clear circumstances. There should also be one for this model. What is the certified range in clear circumstances?
FOX---Because it is very dependent on the circumstances, we no longer have a certified range for the new microns. If we adhere to a certified range and it is not feasible due to certain circumstances, then we make an empty promise. Our RX + microns have the greatest range, how much this makes a difference with the Mini Micron X cannot be specifically stated.
      yes very clear...............
