Thank you. My Boston butt turned out to be 10.3 lbs which was too much so I took a least a pound off and set time to 75. It was pull apart aleady.and delicious as I had to have a small taste. 1 minute till air crisp is to finished but hard to believe it could get any better. I marinated it overnight with California garlic powder, season salt and a little Montreal steak season ing not much.
The foodi I have is a 6.5 quart. Yours looks bigger. If I got a smaller cut of meat how would I adjust the time for it? Thanks in advance for your valuable time. Thanks for sharing the video. Very nicely made. Great sound and video quality to.
Yes sir, thank you so much. Remember, I have the large one. 8 quarts. And that was 9 pounds of meat. So I would recommend maybe a 5 pound shoulder or roast for yours? I don’t think you would need to adjust the time to much. Especially the pressure cooking time. But you could adjust the air crisp time. Maybe 10 minutes less or 15. Of course, if you don’t think it’s done, just add a few more minutes. You can always add more time.
You guys are awesome! Keep up the good work on these comments and the views on this video! Spread the good word.

Great recipe, I've done this many times, but my only suggestion is moving that pressure cook time up to 90 minutes, thanks
Hey, I might try that also.

@@TopJimmyCooks1 😎 cool, you're awesome. Thanks so much. Whoo hoo not boring meat stuff.
@@theoryofpersonality1420 Yes sir! It’s important not to be boring.
you know one of the plastic covers for the claws was in with the meat to air crisp
Yes sir, that is true, but I found it while I was doing my editing. So it’s not a problem.
