I don't recall exactly, but we started out in building 28, which is what most of the video shows, and then were moved to building 30, which is next door, closer to the pool. Both times we were on the 2nd floor.
I had some still shots of the room from building 30 in the video - the paint is more blue in that one and it looked a little more updated. So I'd suggest building 30 if its available if you want to be newer and close to the pool. But either would be fine.
Now that you mention it....where was that? That place was large enough that it is very possible there was one but I missed it. I'd check their web page, but sorry, if they had one, I didn't film it. :(

I stayed there once . I believe the gym is by the front desk/concierge area
