If they find good profile with everything in place they cannot reject someone admission on one stamp it is good to have it but not compulsory. Some people apply without degree and get admission

Secondly sir, I got an email from the British Council, confirming the Additional TRF request completion. Does this mean that the TRF has been dispatched? No need to send TRF to Tampere. Just upload the pdf result into the application. However, for Aalto university sending TRF online is a must.
