Great video. Suggestion: Go around clockwise with the string trimmer and you'll end up with less grass clippings to clean up.

I liked using a stiff leaf rake to groom the entire bunker, from start to finish. It looks cleaner and there's no lumpy patches. The guys like it more because it takes less time, and is overall easier

one off the most long windest way to edge a bunker! use a edging iron on the bottom of the bunker to push away the sand and to get rid off the roots then flymo a lap round then edge with a normal strimmer or edging shears, then blow out the bunker then weed and rake simples

That will give you a clean edge of turf, and sand.
Then you flatten it out, and take all the foot prints out quickly with the golf rake, then take the metal fan rake just make clean bands from one side of the bunker to the other, so the lines the teeth leave point towards the hole.
Once that is done, use the metal fan rake and gently pull the sand to the edge of the bunker. As you say this does pull sand towards the edge, but not much, because of:

    (a) edging done with golf rake at the beginning
and (b) I find a metal fan rake is much better to use... They dont pull as much sand as the plastic ones... They just groom, and further fluff the sand, very finely..
but just go around and evenly pull the sand from 2 1/2 feet into the bunker to the edge..
A 10 foot diameter circular bunker takes about 2 minutes to complete on average, doing all those steps. (on a daily basis)
I will make a vid sometime and post it.. Just the raking part..

Just use a edging iron or the depth of the sand

between the scalping you did in the collar, you basically 180 turn is so wrong and 2 machines in the same green is rediculous. you should tear drop the turn or take a 3 point turn to help with tire marks. one machine can handle the green. hell we use walk behind mowers when in season and triplex es like these when out but damn son.

Muddy bunkers with a poor finish. A well finished bunker should look like one solid piece of sandpaper.

Sir I gotta say that is the way one of my cow workers rakes bunkers... Now from what I see, everything you do, until you start actually raking is 100% good... BUt I personally do not like your raking technique. It leaves the surface looking rough and patchy.... At my course I use a machine to do big ones, ( Toro sand pro 3040 with the rear tooth rake attachment) and a metal fan rake to do the smaller ones...First you edge it with the golf rakes' flat end pulling sand away from the edge....
