The belief in Alabama government is if you give hand outs today they will ask for more hand out tomorrow. If you get sick in AL you ,might have to drive 100 miles to find a hospital willing to accept you.

Most billionaires wealth is in the value of their stock holdings not in hard cash Yes they have more money through dividends than most but rectifying damage through natural causes must surely be the responsibility of the State or National Government or Insurance companies if you have cover.
