I tried your recipe and my bread came out great. Thank you so much. I subbed just in case you bake more video's. I tried to make bread so many times in my nu-wave and it always came out perfect on top and all raw on bottom. Your bread came out perfect (I needed to put foil on top over half through to stop crust from being to hard for me personally) and it tasted really really great perfect in fact. You are the first video I have followed that came out perfect. I really hope you do more cooking video's. I am doing the garlic bread next. Again thank you so much.

I was really hoping to see the finished loaves. I've tried several times, to bake bread in my NuWave oven, and the top gets good and brown, but the bottom of the loaf is soft and appears to be not quite done. When I get the bread out of the pan, and onto the rack to cool, it collapses on it's self, because the bottom of the loaf is too soft to hold the top of the loaf up. The bread is done, when cooled down and cut, that is obvious. But when it first comes out of the oven, it is super soft and is easily crushed by it's own weight. If your loaves are not doing that. what am I doing wrong? Any help would be appreciated.

sounds like too much rise....maybe try using a little less water....also ive noticed over time....that my nuwavw doesnt get as hot as it used to...in my experience, when my bread collapses, its because the heat isnt fast enough to cook the middle....sorry no shot of the fineshed product, but this was brand new nuwave, and they did turn out perfect....

@@BosbluzGuitarMethod I've used the identical same recipe for the loaf of bread for a couple of years, and the only time it had a soft bottom, to where it couldn't stand up and support it's own weight, was when it was baked in the NuWave. Every other loaf has been perfect, whether I bake them in the regular oven, or just let the bread machine make them. The reason I like baking them out of the machine is because I do not like the size or shape of the loaves that the machine produces. The sliced bread is too big for a toaster, and I don't have a toaster oven. But thank you for your reply. And I am very glad your loaves came out so well. As to the NuWave not heating up as well as it ages, I honestly can't say. Mine is at least 15 years old, and it is still doing great on most of what I cook in it. It does not seem to like making scalloped potatoes though, unless you par-cook the sliced potatoes and make the sauce before pouring it over them, for some reason. But that is another discussion altogether. LOL Have a great day, and again, thank you for your reply.

Yes!! Finished loafs of bread!! I would have like to have seen the cook eating his work, that would have been satisfying. Maybe you can do another video “Update!” Ya know? Maybe 🤔 with the end results of creating and showing the satisfaction of it all.
