Thank you very much for your admiring videos about Yemen. To know Yemen is the oldest civilization of the world. Yemen has many kingdoms before nine thousand years and it was the richest country in the Arabian peninsula. Yemen is the only country that has a lot of various cultures and customs but as it is developing country all European people don't know about Yemen. So, this is just little information about Yemen. We need many months to know others what is Yemen and how was Yemen. Again many thanks to you dear. We hope to make more videos about Yemeni old civilisations, history and cultures.
My mother is from Aden, Yemen, she came to the U.K. in 1968 or 67 and married an English man, my dad. Well, I have been several times from the age of 4 and when I was 21 I was fortunate to do a tour of Yemen over 4 weeks and stayed with my family for 2 weeks. It was amazing and I saw many of the places you saw and Sanaa. I also tagged along with a biologist who was doing he PHD in the monkeys in Yemen so followed him to Wadi Dahar (sp ?) which is a forest. We bathed in the stream and hang out with the forest bugs. It was an amazing experience. I want to go back before I die (I am 49 now), and I have a dream to go to Socotra Island. Nice video.
A real pleasure, it was a wake up call for me, I enjoyed every minute of it and more importantly the People of Yemen are incredible 🙏 I'll come back and visit Sana'a next time and if the situation improves some parts of the North, I hope! 🇾🇪
Do not go to Sana'a, as there is a very dangerous situation, and there the Houthis are stationed in Sana'a Go to the southern regions, the most important of which is Socotra Island, which is very beautiful🏝❤
@StopTheLiess yemenis or arab beduins were the first ones to cultivate it outside of Africa and brew the coffee to a drink. The oldest history records of preparing and brewing coffee is from the Arabian peninsula.

Great video looks a really nice place hope people can visit yemen seen all your videos they are very good gives you a good insight to yemen and its people
From being a Los Angeles born white guy, I find your videos incredibly fascinating. I’ve only watched the Yemen series so far but you’re a great narrator and storyteller (and don’t worry about the camera limitations; I didn’t even notice). This area of the world has always interested me but obviously it’s a place I’ll never be able to visit so getting to see first-hand what life and culture are truly like, as well as the people you’ve met along the way, is absolutely eye-opening and humbling. Please keep up the incredible work, Ale! And please stay safe while you do!!
Those simple people feel happy and forget the situation they are in if someone talked about them in a good way , I'm smiling all the videos 😄 thank you for your clear opinion ,and understanding that we are victims of this silly war.
@AleSalvino amazing My friend, I think everyone in life especially if they come from the west who have running cold/water Food at their disposal, nice roads with stop lights and all these privileges and assets should visit countries like yemen and others to experience a different perspective to humble themselves n appreciate life and how others who are very less unfortunate life life. Very humbling, very besutiful and also very sad because yemen been in war for over 10years and alhamduillah(thank god) the people still surviving and staying strong. It's sad to see all the poor people outside with the kids, the extremely dirty roads etc but it's also amazing seeing how happy n hard working these people are. I spent 5 weeks in Yemen around 2003, before the trouble started. It was the best place I've ever been, I loved it. It was great seeing it again in your vlogs. I just found it so very peaceful, due to the warm attitude of the people. Beautiful place, beautiful people.
I was happy that you came to my country, and I thank you from the bottom of my heart for every word you said in this wonderful video. Thank you for trying to convey the message of every Yemeni to the peoples of the world. Indeed, the people have nothing to do with the conflict that all the people have suffered because of. I am also sad because my country is not like other countries that can You go to it for tourism without the security men accompanying you. I hope that Yemen will return as a trust and that tourists will flock to it. In the end, I liked the Yemeni dress and you are wearing it. You have integrated wonderfully with society. A really wonderful series, that's a yemeni person life. But you also should visit the north of Yemen. It's much modern and better, and ofcourse safe.
