He is himself confused. Did he explained where arbitral tribunal will be appointed when there is no place of arbitration mentioned in the agreement. He said arbitral tribunal will decide.. So if arbitral tribunal is in delhi then obviously the place would be delhi i think he would not select place outside delhi.
