Corrections:
1- The proviso of S. 64 advises the parties to appoint a conciliator of different nationality than that of the parties only in the case of sole or third conciliator not with the case of two conciliators.
2- Under Section. 65 it is not a mandatory thing that is needed to be followed by the Conciliator as you mentioned( Procedure to be followed) rather it is a discretionary power given to him to ask for such submissions ( the word ‘ may’ is written) and the parties would be obliged to produce the same to the conciliator.
