You're very lucky to catch that when you did. Flywheels are like saw blades when falling off. It could literally cut through the car and you. Very important to torque to spec and use locktite on the inner threads not the actual bolt as it may push the locktite out under the head of the bolt giving you a false torque reading. Putting it in the inner threads it pushes it in as you thread the bolt not allowing it to build up under head of bolt.

Welcome bro! Wheels are WELD RTS S71. I run 15s in the rear and 17s front. On my black Supra it has 18s front.

The person I bought it from did all the work. I've found so many issues that you would be shocked.
That looks like install error. Do you use lock tite on everything?
