As a Bills fan it was worrisome the first couple of seasons but he's developed into one hell of a player. When he gets going he's hard to stop. Plus, that defense is coached unbelievably well.

Love the breakdown but a little note, the Bills run a base Nickel 4-2 defense. They use 3 LBs maybe 10-15 plays a year, usually only in the Pats game. Sometimes they will use their NB in a more traditional LB alignment, but usually it's to help disguise the backend. coverage
No, 5 dbs is definitely a nickel. No matter how much the nickel back lines up like a linebacker.
The last 2 years, the Bills have started running more dime, 3 safeties and 3 corners, but the nickel is absolutely their base and what they run the vast majority of the time.
6:40 he was a leading defender by stats in the league last year until his injury.
Not sure he is back to 100% yet.
