Your mass Helix's reminds me of that China Mission, cutting off the GLA retreat...
I did this with 2 forces of 6 Bunker Helix's/Tank Hunters, and 2 Propaganda Helix's.
One went to the left base, the other went to the top base.
I also had 2 Nukes for the Scud Storm and Stingers.
Legi I was just thinking, what if the outpost organizes a speed run tournament on these challenge "hard difficulty" map? It would run for some time (2 months per general? or all at the same time for indefinite time?) and there would be some leaderboard on a website with times. 😁
Interesting idea. But some overachieving speedrunner will win.
The rules would have to be to beat it as fast as possible, but still enjoy it...?
@@Diablo_Himself the rules would be to beat as fast as possible without using cheats. The fun would be in being fast. Optimizing and combining what others found to be working.
Yeah, but inevitably, someone will be so fast that there's no longer any competition.
Like, i've seen people beat Air Force in around 5 minutes. Who's beating that...?
The easiest way to defend yourself in this mission is if you immediately start building defenses, but not where you were building, but forward at the second Artillery platform. With that, you will immediately prevent Kassad's capture of the platform. Since the Antrax bomb always falls in the same place (it seems to me), with such a defense you will shoot down the plane that drops the bomb more easily.
oh interesting.. that's a really good tip! so he doesn't have the artillary platform right away? he actually captures it first? :O

I really love, how Kassad shows, that, if AI in this game, actually used artillery with sth, it will be much harder.
U lost like 5-6 dozers to buggys only, looking forward for demo general.

A crucial move here is to build you defense line in front of the rock pile. If you're fast enough you ca actually deny him from building demo traps there (!)
A front bunker will make him to sacrifice his demo bike on it.
AI keep focuses on behind the pile, thus not coordinating attakcs correctly. You also get the chance to deny. The anthrax.
i see.. that's a nice strategy! yeah the anthrax was really annoying o_o .. i'll try this one out for a next time :)

Boss General is fun to play as, but I have to remove it every time I want to play online.
Helix's is an interesting tactic, I tried that as Infantry. With your Snipers though, it should work better...
I have noticed, Anthrax Bomb DOES hurt Helicopters!

You can drop just a handful of infantry (2 rangers 5 missle defender) and capture the whole southern base.
i dont have paradrop tho.. and he has quite a bit of anti air there.. a chinook would be fast enough to avoid dying, but i dont think it would be the same for a helix :/

Look out for stealth sneak attack in base.. 2 command centers are there. Always keep 2 helicopters. 1 with propganda tower and 1 with bunker.
yeeee the helixes did well.. i also love using mines.. they dont always work--but when they do, they're very efficient at taking out his units :D

for anthrax bombs 4-5 gatling tanks are sufficent (i guess they fire earlier, than the gatling cannon)

Leaving hackers without defence from anthrax drop and sneak enemy troop gives me immense stress..
Some few chain Gatling to defend won’t hurt your money

Actually, King Raptors might be a better choice for bombing stuff here, since there aren't any Quads stationed anywhere, at least not on the way to the SCUD.
Otherwise, I like to defend by anything that reveals stelthed rebels ib the base and choppers everywhere.
Speaker tower + several Gatts right at the first Artilery Platform will take out those Anthrax planes.
edit: unfortunately, destroying enemy's income doesn't do anything 🤷♂️

torrets wrong place, lol. more up. And the skrip has a big problem @ top of the hills left side. just put the defense @ the end of the hill.
