For those people talking about backdoor appointment in exams.... Come to kohima, stay at pg or rent for 2-3 yrs & study 6-9 hrs daily, mingle with genuine aspirants...you will know/see how many genuine aspirants clear NSSB/NPSC. Sometimes it is our lack of efforts..not backdoor appointment.
Every post is reserved for the ENPO, almost 50-50% of the posts are for the ENPO where as the general students suffer. If it has to be like this, why not make it for the ENPO only.....The government of Nagaland should understand that every students are equally working hard.
ENPO should abstain from exams too. They've already shown that they aren't part of Nagaland during election. And until your demands are met abstain from all govt-involving activities to show how serious and determined you are in uour demand. Don't just abstain from things that doesn't create much loss. You really need to manifest your seriousness and determination in your resolution 🤣🤣🤣

How good it would be if there was no reservation for anyone and everyone is selected fairly depending on their efforts? Reservations in Posts and considerations in Education qualifications too is totally insane. General Category candidates with College Degrees appearing for a post while the BT Categories appear for the same post with PU Qualifications. What more? The BT Category has its own set of reservations.

As as my knowledge, the Educational qualification for Item no3:Leading Fireman/Assistant Sub-Inspector post, under Department of Fire & Emergency Services is corrected as Graduate and not Matriculate.
