Doesn't really matter what build you have. The main things are the spells "Pass without trace" and "greater invisibility". Looks like their character also has guidance put on them. As long as your character has high dex and is stacking proficiencies and bonuses to stealth, you can attack with impunity like this and the enemy AI can't handle it.
