That's the way to do it. Over the years I have had a lot lone hunts and for some reason they are the ones that are most memorable. The one that springs to mind was when out on the marsh at low tide. Where I got a Wigeon with my first shot, and just after Sun rise two Pinkfeet flew over and I got them both. Half an hour went by and a single Pink came over very high; I fired and broke a wing. It landed on the other side of the river and started to run- so did I. A long cripple shot and it dropped. Only 5 shots-what a great morning. Keep doing this and your memories wil follow you into old age.
Wow, what a great hunt Luke! It's nice to hunt by yourself sometimes, cause you can let the birds work to the range you want. What a great limit of stud birds. Keep the videos coming.
Well done Luke!!... another limit and another great video...with cold weather coming in and not much time left to the season ends, your making the most of it.... Been with you for a few seasons now, and with my cancer I might get 5 more....love your content and ability to make duck hunting fun...because we all know how hard it really is....keep grinding and putting out quality videos young man!!!🦆🦆👍
I love your content man. You’re the reason I got into this duck hunting business and man I love it so thank you bro. You’re like a hero man. Now I’m over here in Louisiana tearin up.
That was an excellent video of a great hunt! I had a similar hunt in Oregon a few years ago with 6 drake mallards and a big drake pintail by 8:30. Will always treasure that hunt and i have a big photo of those ducks in my office! Thanks for the video!
So we live in Louisiana in the parish RIGHT below Arkansas not gonna say but me my mom my dad and my sister woke up at like 3am to go duck hunting down south and we were getting Mc Donald’s on the way and a guy I think came up to my dad while he was ordering and asked if he had any money to give him and my dad called him pitifully pitiful when he left but we ate and kept driving (the spot was 2 hours and 30 mins away) and we eventually got there at about 5:30 I think and we got ready and stuff and got out there and right when we got settled 2 wood ducks came right in-front of me and I blew it up the other one got away I hit it tho and after about 15 minutes we shot our limit and watched about 50 more ducks come in and we just sat there watching them for like 5 minutes but I used my whole box of shells On like 10 ducks but we drove 2 hours to get our limit in 15 minutes😭 my sister is scared to shoot a gun so she didn’t get to shoot, but after we got done shooting the ducks she wanted to shoot some,so today we let her shoot my 20 gauge so she can use that and I use the 12 gauge, she was so scared to shoot it but she shot about 10 shells,we’re going back this Sunday and the plan is for her to shoot my 20 gauge and me to shoot my dads 12 gauge and my mom shoot her 12 gauge and after I get done my dad shoots his limit😂(sorry fa the story) it was my sisters first time going duck hunting in a loaded duck spot💀
@@BWFilms i love watching u shoot ducks tho we ain’t got no ducks or geese around here that land so we have to go way down south to even get any ducks or geese plus ion even got a wood duck call all I have is a mallard mojo with the wind spinning wings and a green wing teal so I can’t rlly even call the ducks in I just have to let it be💀
Just got my first set of Deepwade waders. But I have a concern about my legs getting cold not my feet. Do you just wear sweats underneath with a base layer or what? My other waders had insulation in the legs as well but these deepwade waders don't.
Mature duck with only one curl and half the size of the ones I shoot in wisconsin late season. Also why would I spend 500$ on waders when I could go get somthing similar to it for 100 bucks. Waste of money
Son, I have been hunting ducks all over North America for 50 years. When I watch your videos I smile and chuckle from your heightened sense of humor
That is awesome to hear! Glad you’re enjoying the videos! 👊

True, my boat doesn’t need to be fed every day and is ok on its own when I’m out of town tho 🤣👊
I want to get one eventually, they make water hunting a heck of a lot easier.
