Thanks a lot. Now I think I understood my problem with the deep forehand specially from the Deuce court with the ball moving away.

I liked seeing the guy at the end dropping a variety of balls with different pace and height. High balls to the forehand and backhand are always difficult for me. So I liked seeing how you can practice them with dropping the ball differently. Great content! Thank you! 🙌

One thing that is rarely spoken about is muscle strenght. I found myself missing a lot of balls simply because some of the muscles were too tired to keep the arm rigid enough, thus loosing control of the racquet face. It can be very frustrating, especially when you are not aware that this is the reason. Same for legs.

I have often wondered how anyone could hit a forehand topspin with a continental grip. I wonder if McEnroe had played eastern how his rivalry with Lendl would have turned out.

My problem is not being back far enough to hit the ball in front. Very hard to know how far to move back before the bounce.

You have continental grip..Old style stroke. 1970th..You should learn nextzen stroke. 😅
