I started a season a while back and accepted that quest on that character but never turned it in. I made a new character and cant see quest... am i screwed? my previous character doesnt have naru v gear anymore
btw Narchillan gear quest only can be obtain using Normal Character, cant use Seasonal character, and make sure you turn on all quest filter at below of your quest page to see any available quest

Black Spirit won’t give me the Narchillian quest. I see it in my log books but Black Spirit does not offer it
Are you sure that you can do an exchange to fugar multiple times? I managed to exchange just 1 time, can not exchange again
