Looks like Cascade Green. She mentions there's that and Undersea Green in the bird, and if you look closely you can see the teal has that separation of manganese blue that's characteristic of Cascade Green, both on the separate sheet and centre bottom of the bird.
As @Rachel As She Paints pointed out to me, it's worth noting on all these videos that: BUYER BEWARE! This is a very deceptive video! Jean is showing all these colors in brand new 15ml tubes but the set only includes the tiny 5ml tubes. The ones she’s showing are 3X larger than the ones you get! I love Daniel Smith colors but this is a really deceptive way to present this set. Shame on them.

i still dont understand why she uses paper as her palette. i thought a ceramic plate or any actual palette is much better.
I think it gives her a chance to show us what the wet paints look like on paper?
