That Victor model comes from the OLD 2006 Sodor Island 3D (SI3D) website. The model was probably made shortly after the release of Hero of the Rails, which explains why it’s incorrectly standard gauge as apposed to being narrow gauge. They also made rough models of Kevin and Hiro too.
