No. TPS is server side The particles causing lag is client side Luvonox had a better Pc than said hacker so he was able to still play but the hacker got lagged out. If it was a server side thing then both of them would’ve been kicked But it doesn’t matter because he faked it.

I've literally been using safewalk fastplace and triggerbot for the past year because I'm on a laptop with no mouse and I haven't been banned. Watchdog is shit.
Usually hack clients generate alot of lag compare to the normal minecraft client and other pvp clients (Lunar, Badlion, Forge, etc) also alot of free hack clients usually lag more than a paid client, this is just my experience with these hack clients i have like 15+ of them and most free ones lag more if its different for you than im pretty sure its just client lag.
I fell bad for the hackers, They buy these clients, kill. a bunch of people, and then just get destroyed by a legit player Its honestly sad tho how bad they are.
