Activity Flow:
1. Normal possession game in the playing area
2. Coach kicks a ball in and starts the action
3. 4v4 is played in the playing area
4. All players who are standing outside the field are playing with the team in possession
5. If the defenders win the ball, all players have to transition as quick as possible, as a result the team in possession of the ball is changing
Organization:
1. Four cones to mark the playing field
2. 5 small cones or discs to divide the field into zones
3. Playing field 25x25m
4. Extra balls next to the coach
5. Three colors of bibs (number of bibs depending on numbers of players - here: 4 yellow, 4 blue and 6 green)
Coaching Points:
1. Movement - Movement to create space to receive the ball for yourself or a team mate
2. Ball control - Awareness / Orientation - Before receiving the ball check over your shoulder to see where the space, opponents and your teammates are on the field
3. ATTACK - This refers to the stage of the game when your team has the ball
4. DEFENCE - This stage is when the opponents have the ball
Pressure - The role of the nearest player to apply pressure to the opponent in possession of the ball
Variations:
1. Easier - Increase the size of the pitch
2. Easier - Add a neutral player in the playing area and create an outnumbered situation
3. Rule - limit the number of touches for the players outside the playing area (for example: only one touch), be careful: Game could become chaotic
4. Harder - It's not allowed to play from an outside position to another player who is standing out of the field, every second pass must be played into the center
5. Harder - Increase the player numbers in the playing area (harder if you play a 5v5 or 6v6 in the center - think about increasing the size of the pitch as well)
