hey guys!! I CANNOT believe I am now entering my 3RD TRIMESTER! it has gone so quickly. I wanted to sit down and give you guys a detailed recap of my second trimester (good, bad, weird...and pregnancy brain! lol) similar to how I did with my first trimester. it's been such a wild experience but really grateful to be going through it all and amazed at what our bodies can do! love you guys and see you next week! xx

I'm English and I always squeeze my tea bags when making tea! Otherwise I feel like you don't get all the tea... Although I use the back of the spoon to press the tea bag against the side of the mug rather than using my hands haha

This is how I do it as well! American here.
That's what I used to do but felt like I still wasn't getting it all out so now, I just throw it in my mouth and suck it all out once I'm done dipping it in my cup... don't judge please 😋😁
I’m English and I also squeeze the bag with a spoon on the side of the mug! I feel like everyone does 😅
I’m African American and I’m squeezing that tea bag with the spoon along the inside of the mug as well!😆 Nothing must be wasted cost of living is expensive!

@@JessConte Big tip for the peeing! When you go the the restroom, start and stop the stream a few times, it helps exercise that muscle!

I’m 34 weeks with my first and it’s so fun going through this journey with you! (And so many RUclipsrs-i feel like everyone’s expecting) I’ve been following since the beginning and met you on tour so when you announced i was like ahhhh
Edit: hearing about your symptoms has been so validating for me. I’ve had a super hard pregnancy and everyone i know is like “my pregnancy was so easy i loved being pregnant” while I’m lowkey dying here and so i really appreciate your honesty and openness, it made me feel less alone
pregnancy is HARD! probably one of the hardest things i've had to get through! i totally get it pregnancy being hard for you. i too wish i could have been one of the ones that just LOVED being pregnant but i can safely say although i did not love being pregnant i LOVE being a mom to my daughter. she is the best thing that has ever happened to me and in many ways, saved me.

We just got back from the doctor after a scare that I might miscarry again and we got good news! I am loving these vlogs and pregnancy vids and whenever I feel anxious about my pregnancy I watch your videos and it gives me more faith that everything’s ok! I just love your positivity and energy.

I always get so happy when I see a new Jess Conte video!
Listening to this brought back so many memories from my pregnancy. The back pain, the trouble sleeping, the dizziness, the sweetness of the kicks. Even the feeling of not knowing what to wear/feeling like everything didn’t look quite right.
To be honest it felt like the second half of my third trimester went so slowly because everyday I was waiting and wondering when labor would happen. I ended up giving birth on my due date and wish I had just enjoyed it more at the very end. I was the same, I never loved pregnancy but right before my son was born I had this mini panic attack thinking of not being pregnant anymore and I look back now and miss it which I NEVER thought I’d say. I hope you’re able to enjoy the rest of your time having your little girl with you 24/7. It truly is such a special thing and now even when my baby is in the next room I miss him!
Of course we want 3rd trimester recap as well..I love watching you!🧡🧡

i am entering my 2nd trimester and i feel the exact same. i am so thankful and happy for the blessing to come, but haven’t loved my experience with being actually pregnant. i cant wait to feel “normal” and have my baby in my arms! its been alot to process mentally and emotionally & it was comforting to know i am not alone.
So many people feel like that while pregnant! It is worth it in the end, but not always a fun experience!

Pregnancy is a roller coaster. I have experienced so much confidence in my body but have also bawled getting ready for date night because I felt enormous. One thing I would recommend going into your last trimester is going to Lush and getting a lotion bar! It’s so nice as you really start getting itchy from all the growing to run the lotion bar all over the belly! Then you’re nice and moisturized after!

I hope you see this but whenever your bump feels itchy, massage oil or super moisturizing lotion bc the itching comes from stretching.
