In this video I cover Draenor in it's infancy and how it was shaped by a single titan. Going through the dominance of the Evergrowth and the thousand year wars between the plant life and the creations of Aggramar.

That's the most complex explanation for Warsong Gulch I've ever heard, but finally I know why orcs haven't given up on cutting those trees even after decade of war with elves.

The orcs or other races never call Draenor "Draenor" that name was chosen by the dranaei and overheard by other races that ended up liking the name.
Grom called it Dreanor
Great video. It seems the botani were wiped out with the destruction of Draenor. I would've liked to have seen what they became. They were an interesting race, in my opinion.
Great video man, as always, but this time im going to stay with Nobbel version. I think it may have been more accurate in some points, and kinda of more detailed. Your and Krucial videos complemented it, each one by they one and unique way. I am happy to see that Wow lore content on youtube is so much rich and well made.

Thanks. That is fine. I decided this year to cover the book in more of a short story format focusing on the interesting bits from the book instead of documenting the entire thing like the last time.

From the non-lore perspective, Blizz was ultimately lazy and used TBC's outland as a template to build off of. The flattened the landmass that was Outland, and built entirely new zones on top. Various objects, however, were not removed from the earlier map, meaning that some floating objects still remain to this day on Draenor.

2:45 But why? Why did that titan care about one of billions of rocks in the universe and preserving life on it? And besides, was his goal to make sure extinction NEVER happens? Did he succeed? This titan sounds like he hasn't thought far enough ahead.

It is as Netherstorm in Outland, but not on Draenor. There's still parts of the jungle it used to be inside the giant ethereal domes.
