My grandpa would tell you that it needs arm sleeves so you can still handle your rifle when the Chinese charge the camp with bayonets and there’s no time to un zip yourself from the bag. 😂 Also black doesn’t reflect sunlight it absorbs it, (that’s why solar panels and solar water heaters are black) white reflects sunlight which is why white clothing is better at keeping your body temp lower in hot weather. Perhaps a white cover could be useful in certain applications.
