The damage would kill them alot quicker than the poison but poison in my head would deal more damage overall... so i guess it's a 50/50

This game is a complete copy all the way, most likely.
In the dota 2 arcade there is a game based on dota 2 heroes.
Cant remember the name of the arcade game tho.
Also the arcade game could be a ripoff from this idk what came first but my guess is the arcade game.
