Very informative video. I am also planning to visit Goa in December 2024 with my 1.5 year old baby. Our plan is to visit and stay in south Goa. We have already booked Planet Hollywood Resort at Utroda beach. Could you please help me out and give suggestions if this property (Planet Hollywood) is good to stay or we should book other resorts, and also wanted to know how do you manage the food for kids Thanks you
Online review suggests it is a good property, has private beach access and many other amenities. All such resorts make sure that you have a comfortable stay with your kids. You can always ask the restaurant to prepare baby friendly food. They will generally prepare Khichdi or bland vegetables for kids free of cost. You can also explore options of fruits juices and milk shakes. We always carry some dry items like fox nuts, puffed rice, laddoos, and some fruits like banana and oranges. You can also ask the restaurant for fresh fruits. Most of the time they do not mind giving a free banana :). Mornings will anyway be sorted as it is a breakfast buffet most of the times, so you will definitely get fruits, idli, dosas, milk which kids can have. Rest of the time you can request a baby friendly food. And if you have a buffet lunch or dinner, you will again get some items like plain chapati, milk etc, which kids can easily have.
If you have less time then 2 days north and 1 day south is enough. You will be able to cover all the places along with water sports but it might be tiring. If you want to relax in between as well then we recommend 3 days north and 2 days south goa.
Hi Neha, if you are ready to spend money, then nothing can be better than a Taj hotel. They are very good with babies. There is also St Regis (formerly Leela). But all of these are very expensive. If that is not your budget you can go with any five star resort like Caravela, Holiday Inn, Radisson Blu, Courtyard by Marriott, Hyaat etc. All five star resorts want to make your experience good, so they will always be kid friendly. You can also call the resorts and check if they provide cradle, warm milk, and other facilities that you may need.
