In case you didn’t know some of these intros are actually recreated from the movies but the only difference is are the kaijus incarnations like King Ghidorah’s intro is recreated from his first appearance in Ghidorah the three headed monster but Heisei KG was used instead and Rodan’s intro was recreated from Godzilla Final Wars but Showa Rodan was used for the intro instead

Very nice! This is the one thing the game lacks. I guess it was due to licensing or whatever but still a letdown. Especially with how well the themes fit. Only one id change would be Rodan. Its kinda tricky cus the animation looks like the Final Wars but its design seems to be based of its original '56 design (flat head, thick brow line, teeth visible). Id have given him the Showa theme

I hope spacegodzilla will be the next villain in the monsterverse (also they don’t need to bring in biolante for spacegodzilla’s backstory they can easily make a different backstory for spacegodzilla (also spacegodzilla REALLY needs another movie appearance instead of just appearing in comics and video games from what I’m aware he hasn’t been in a movie since 1994 I think it would be so awesome to see spacegodzilla as the next villain in the monsterverse)
Still wish this game got better treatment than it did more gamemodes new kaiju old kaiju crossover kaiju/robots etc heck even evolve should've gotten more treatment too but no gearbox cancels stage two before it even hits consoles where it was stated by PC players would've saved the game
