This was a wonderful conversation. Walt Cross is a blessed man by God. I can attest to Walt's vast knowledge to assist in helping the body heal naturally vs the other route. Yes, prayer and belief that God will bless what is done His way is HUGE, for healing. Regardless of either method, one chooses.
It Is Written should have Walt on again - on a 3 to 4-month cycle to provide health information to people. We are coming into a time when people will need to know what to eat and so forth for the coming crisis.

The name of their store is The Mustard Seed. They have a Facebook page and Walt does a live broadcast, I think at 7:30 EST on different topics and shows brands and such that he likes when it pertains to what to use for this, that, and the other. You can scroll through the topics to watch and listen to previous videos. I am fairly certain you will find your answer there - if - you do not get a reply on here.

Hi wagichuru, the recipe in the video to quit smoking is:
1/4 cup honey
3/4 lemon juice
1 tsp peppermint essential oil
Prayer
Take a "Nip" (drink) of it any time you get a "hankering" (craving). Continue to pray about it.
