Black Clover mobile is probably one of the other games I might do on this channel. I feel like many ROM players like anime too and that game is pretty nice. I'm not sure why they haven't released it globally and there is a soft release in Canada 😢
The reason i still play RoM is because out of all available mmorpg (that includes genshin) RoM is the most diverse and micro n macro focus game in mobile. The aspect of strategy in turn based rpg and card games, the freedom you have with your own character. It's not like other games that just stack stats and get the best gears or upgrade to max. It has much more freedom. Job classes offer different game play and experience unlike other games that offer only different aesthetics (ex. cloud song saga). Although i already stopped playing after 3 years i still get up to date with it's content and with the community.
What RoM does lack is a good community. The left over players are just to focused on there own bubbles and own gratifications that they don't engage with others, with the community. All you hear nowadays are players ranting that they wanting to feel powerful, just wanting there own character feel empowered. Like egoistic maniacs. You seldom see engagement with community other than there own circle. Hence why RoM doesn't see anymore new players. When they do they don't last long.

I play this game for nostalgia, even though its very different from RO. A lot of things like the MVPs, cards, world map, skills, etc have transferred over nicely enough to enjoy the game
Like most players, nostalgia played a huge factor for me. Over time, the devs added updates that deviated from the classic source material and made the game stand out from other RO counterparts with content that caters to both casual & competitive players whether its PvE, PvP or GvG. Nostalgia became a bonus as the content gradually became a refreshing mix of something classic yet unique, embracing both classic and new players alike.
Another appeal is the way they setup the servers. It's way more community friendly as population is controlled by channels that you can freely navigate in and out of with friends instead of fragmented micro servers where if you have friends who were late to the party, they would be locked out unless devs increase the cap. This is a huge plus to the overall freedom of discovering what the game has to offer at your own pace.

The reason I keep playing ROM is because I am one of the players waiting for Phantom Dancer to be buffed. I played the original RO and really liked the stalker class. So, to this day I continue to develop my Phantom Dancer even though it is only for magic prison needs. Another class that I play is Ninja. I find it quite fun to play a non meta class among all the meta classes. Sometimes I record my gameplay and upload it on RUclips just to convince other players out there that there are still people playing non-meta classes today.
It's good that you upload non-meta classes on RUclips, otherwise those classes feel like they are abandoned if you can only find videos from 2-3 years ago.

The why people why i still play Ragnarok Mobile is because:
1. Nostalgia - playing Ragnarok Mobile is a way to relive fond memories from the original game and from my childhood.
2. Adventure - Ragnarok Mobile offers an immersive world with interesting characters and a vibrant story.
3. Strategic Combat - The game offers an exciting and tactical combat system that allows players to customize their character and battle monsters.
4. Social Interaction - The game offers an online community with other players, so you can make friends and form alliances.
5. Gameplay Variety - Ragnarok Mobile offers a wide range of activities, from crafting to fishing to exploring dungeons.
lastly i found my love of life because of this game
Nostalgia. Plus it's the only MMORPG I can pick up and put down and have a little bit of progress without having to sit at my laptop for more than 30 minutes.
i played this game back in 2017/2018 i think, starting with 20 of my friends where i meet all of them since i was playing rovu/rowg. now i'm the only one who still playing...what a memories 🥺
My three colleagues who influence me to play left me alone around 2018, sad and also my first guild as a vice leader, so memories with my studenst and members and I'm the only one left standing and holding on those memories every woe😢 now im just a member in a different guild and a loyal 1 and half years counting😊

My friend who originally got me into the game also left. I still have him on my friends list, even though I know he won't log back on :(
I play this game with my friends, and people you don’t know, is similar to experiencing something fun together in the physical world. Playing video games with others is a bonding experience. You feel closer to the people you game with because you share a common goal. You are all working together to win the match, find the loot, or defeat the boss.

first because of nostalgia, another reason is because if u try other mobile mmorpg that doesn't draw heroes/rosters, this is the best choice, spending 1k usd doesn't make u instantly strong, ofc most other games I've tried, even if u spend 10usd will impact your gameplay vs not spending at all. ROM is up on the list on f2p friendly.
I play SEA, I enjoy playing ROM even from back in the day. It is really satisfying and relaxes me after a tiring day.
I think fenrir will be a phantom dancer or stellar hunter hero class it was shown in alberta quest fenrir using a bow.. 😅
I play rom bcuz of wide content but what hook me was its a game even f2p can have fun gacha killed you alot but rom is like home whatever game you try you always come home.. wierd same to you i try alot of different game but always end with be installing rom 😅 hits different i cant find a mobile RPG better than rom Tried Ran Cabal Dragon nest Mu taichi panda if anyone remember that game kritika mir lots of them but can't give satisfaction as rom did and still kept pulling me back. 😂 im in rom bottomless trap hole since 2019 rom even make it to my montly saraly list of budgeting like 25usd a month

I love to play because I played RO when I was younger, holding to my childhood 😅.
I love the ability to grow and feel stronger every couple of weeks, I meet so many people and friends that I still talk after so many years!
I love hate the bad balance the game has, I love the multiclass but hate to change classes. (Got every single class unlocked)
I love the clothing/style and being able to do some fashion and change my clothes every single second I want to do it. 😂

I love hate ROM because I'm waiting for a buff or a good buff for my Magic Novice Guardian as I love to playe MaNoGu 😊
I love playing ROM because of pvp/gvg and events on GVG using Discord to talk to other people/friends.
Being able to connect with friends from the past.
I love animation, music, some of the storyline, classes, and effects, but mostly the clothing/fashion.
I can't stop playing ROM anymore, I spent too much $$$. 😅 This is an investment at this point.
Those are a few reasons that I still play ROM, and because I love Magic Novice Guardian ❤ 😂

Three things that keep me playing are friendships, nostalgia and responsibility. My husband and I run the last remaining Polish guild on our server. Our members are mainly people we have known for years and consider friends. My job is to maintain a database of ROM guides and write some of my own in our native language. I also provide information on upcoming events and other future content, thanks to my CBT account. As long as the work I do is useful to someone and I have people to enjoy spending time with, it's worth staying.

pvp in sea servers are just too good. Most players tend to try to play many classes which heavily limits their resources
I played Ragnarok when it first game out however I've played like...SO MANY VERSIONS TOO. I think I am relatively obsessed. I however play this specific one more because I got Cielo718 (my partner) into the game and now we play together and they keeps me going. I also just enjoy the idea that I know with time I can get stronger. You can farm up and get lucky as well. Not just all pay to win. But on a side note you like mashle!?!? YAY! YAY! YAY! YAY! YAY! YAY! YAY! YAY!
Mashle was a great show during that season. I really enjoyed the comedy in that series.
I'm still waiting for Gonryun city to be implemented in ragnarok mobile. My favourite city in the old RO
Since I am 10yr old I play Ragnarok in PC now I'm 30yr old I love playing rom even my friends is already quit.
Pure nostalgia from old iro player. Plus I love the way mvp die...it kinda like the way secret of mana boss die.

Keep playing the game because it's casual player friendly. Events and quest are fun and gives generous reward.
Reason I'm still playing: Already spent too much time (and money) to just suddenly quit. Also, waiting for Wiz Hero class. 😅
I play Ragnarok since year 2003 or 2004 . Now I on my 4series of age the games I play that almost same as previous games play ragnarok online on my day is RoM: external love. I try play other ROx and Rog but is not the same as nostalgia RO 1st appear on my early day

I just love grinding in chill mode, not try hard. Thats all.
I also played pokemon and monster hunter back then, maybe thats why i like ROM.

fun facts all of these content creators never played the original Ro… 🤣 they don’t know what does it mean farming geographer 🌻 level 98 to level 99. Hrs and hrs of manual farm only to get 0.1% experience

I play because i don't spend much and yet i can kill those spender players in pvp. Not on the sense of can insta kill them but i can kill them in pvp because my character doesn't need high depo to increase its damage, it is kind of a slap on their face by spend much but getting bodied by a not so much of a spender character lol. And also i still enjoy playing with my guild

i played the ragnarok online back in day where dialup is a thing haha.. the memories, the frustrations, the enjoyment and the monthly cards haha.. still playing rom since 2019 still enjoying the game..
Ragnrok origin UI is a mess the whole screen is crammed by menu button and camera angle is so bad...lol its hilarious.
I play because I put too much time and money into it, it has become a routine, like working hehe, but I like it, especially since playing allows me to become someone new :)

The reason I still play ROM? it's because I still have a long way to go 😆
Am a full fledge F2P, so I can't just stop while the spenders progresses. I have to show that I can still be on the same game as them even if I spend nothing(even prem, I didn't buy any for offline farming 😆). It's a slow progress because I'm always depending on freebies and free stuffs but I'm making progress, currently on 35% depo but can do some instances on my own but on slow pace but still able to complete it that's what counts, right?

That's a really tough question.
There's plenty of things I don't like and sometimes they make me think about quitting the game. But on the other hand I really like the slow constant progress this game offers, I like my guildies and I feel responsible for keeping our small casual guild alive.

What keeps you interested in playing Ragnarok Mobile?
I've been playing Ragnarok Mobile for 5 years and here are some reasons why I keep playing:
1. Devs spoiled me to character chores/activites:
-Daily runs were made easier
-Blueprints are more accessible than before
-UI of quest is more friendly than earlier episodes
2. Catching up with handbook especially with the depo% is now possible.
3. Instances still enjoyable because of hero class with good content.
4. Im getting into PVP content more since PVE is very easy now.
5. I still can relate with Community like my guildmates who are very busy in real life and big responsibilities.

first id: SilverKiller or .silverkiller or SilverKiller#7590 Global. you are the only creator i write to and really see all your videos. then i play RO as you mention because of th eoriginal game, and feel this game is still true to the original game, the other is as you mention potential for growth even i left the game for a year and now struggling but feel i am advancing :), and then well see that the game continue to growth the devs put effort in the game and community. multiclassing is great, but man really feel hero class are way to op , or well to underwhelm , wish they fix henrich to be as op as rath... and wonder who would be the thief hero :D
I still playing ROM because this is my stress reliever after work, i enjoyed playing while making friends collab with others picking some tips for more info to become strong and always watch contents in other players LIKE YOU to take suggestion in any jobs in ROM
