Great idea to use light-up patch cables to show what’s going on here and A+ on showing how they integrate with modular setups! The v/octave could be fixed with a quantizer in modular if that’s an issue for anyone, but yeah if they added calibration via firmware or even did auto-calibration, that would be dope.
Hi Emily. I just wanted to thank you for your videos. I am 54 and you inspired me to buy my first ever effects pedal, I have played acoustic guitar (badly) since my teens but figured that effects are for electric guitar layers. However, seeing you putting the harp through effects made me realise the limitations of that thinking. So, one Soniccake Levitate pedal later and I am hugely enjoying far greater creativity for the lay out of £50. Wishing you and your harp a wonderful 2025!
Hype! Been looking forward to your take on these. Super cool seeming pedals. Ultimately will probably pick up the chorus one, really dig the color and sound. Also saving up for the motor synth. What beastly synth
You videos are so balanced between to-the.point and details. Great showcases, some fun, and you vibe is a very balanced display of professionalism but where some select part of personality is shining bright. Makes it more engaging to watch, but also in a way where I, the viewer, feel that I'm not seeing someone who is exposing themselves more than they are comfortable with. And it's so refreshing that you don't have all that ridiculous guitar-world-mojo-baggage, no sweet child of mine through a 60000 $ rig, its just pedals. And harp ofc. I love it. I'm trying to say: thanks, great job.
Some nice features and functionality here but I can't help envisioning these as MOOG running shoes, as they're clearly modular synths squeezed into foot pedal format.
I wish all CV jacks had lights like that. I'm currently learning modular synthesis (very slowly!) and those lights would make everything about learning it a whole lot easier. It also makes things pretty friggin' Star Trek and I don't dislike that.
The v/octave pitch output isn't perfect folks. I am hoping that we get an editor at some point to tweak the hidden depths of the algorythms and v/octave calibration
@@emilyharpist2 I am losing a lot of time to the chorus pedal! A lot of guitar focussed reviewers seem overawed by the eurorack side - So nice to see you hook it up and integrate it musically.
@emilyharpist2 I hope to mail them and request that the pitch scaling be tweak-able as the LEDs lock on to the right pitch. The pitch detector needs to hold when the dynamics gate shuts - on this firmware it hunts a pitch from silence/hum between notes which leads to much wildness! If you have a contact in the company please ask! Love the pedal but most guitar slingers will not realise
This channel is (and has always been) about 90% sponsored pedal demonstrations - you might like my main channel better, I don’t make these type of videos there
Gamechanger is easily my favorite builder from an engineering standpoint, their stuff is always so well thought out and user friendly.
Such a cool video! Thank you Emily!
That 6:50 LFO Reverb jam 💫
It’s really cool how far pitch tracking and envelope following have come. These are nice.
You know, I never thought a harpist would teach tricks on sound design, but you rock!
Oooooh 6:04 all that stuff my the modular synth and delay is beautiful. Excellent video really helped demystify these pedals.

That ensemble chorus whoa
Really nice harp jams on this video
The song at the end completely rules.

Wow thank you so much! This comment made my day. These videos are a ton of work so I really appreciate the kind words!
I like the LFO'd reverb washes that start a couple of seconds after 6:48
Phat ! Getting them all \o/
Glad I bought all three!!!!
That sounds amazing! I love the way you present these.
Great sounding pedals, fantastic demo! 😮

4:36 to 5:36 is very meditative. So good!
Me, a no-pedal bass player: This is a Gamechanger™️
Wow! You seem to be the coolest harpist i've ever seen! Punk meets folk vibes.

Pretty awesome pedals great vid
I love when she makes the beep boop music
that earring is amazing

Those are actually the cables that are lighting up! They’re from myvolts
Thanks Pedal Mommy! 🥺

I didn’t know this! Thank you. I actually didn’t try the v/octave output

Thanks so much! Now that I think about it, would some kind of quantizer help with the v/octave out?

Wow, that’s pretty.
I wish I had an extra $1000. I'd buy all 3.
Dig your earings, well cool.
3:50 me gusta el sonido 6:00 good 7:34 solo el sonido del instrumento me gusta uff
Sound amazing, love the cv inputs and options, but WHY do they have to look like the 90's barfed them up? Still want tho....
every new pedal should just come with a cv in for every knob. its 2025 why not.
Has the plasma pedal ever made it into a video?
It was in a short on her main channel one time for sure
@@RussFro2 I must have missed it (or Yt search is doing its thing again).
🔊 🥜 ⏰⏰⏰
I keep hearing twin peaks music
Heavy reverb, plucked strings and synthesizers will get you there every time.
Gothharp
2:36 is giving me diablo vibes. ❤️ Maybe a little Zelda.
I'm not okay with full product placement videos
