i hope im not going to sound stupid; im new to electronics and i want to learn as fast as i can everything there is to know so im not left behind, but i have no idea what this gentleman said after he started talking about SPICE. do you have any advice for a noob who wants to learn everything to do with (high voltage / low voltage / ELV) as fast as possible?
Everyone starts from somewhere. Are you looking for something to get a conceptual understanding (ie what is "voltage", "capacitance", etc) or are you more after a starter guide to solving circuits?

Awsome i will have a look at that and yes a starter guide to circuites too. I wish ti be able to slove complex circuits with a pencil and paper first before using for example: SPICE.
Thanks for including QSPICE in this comparison!
